Will the Canada Post strike affect my order?
No, we use UPS for all orders. That being said, if you have a PO Box, you may experience delays.
What is Jumplete's return policy?
Changed your mind? No problem! You can return items within 14 days of receiving them. Returns are free as store credit or can be refunded to your original payment method (minus shipping costs). *Extended exchanges from Black Friday until January 5th.
Items must be sent back in their original condition with all packaging. If not, a $20 restocking fee may apply. Email your order number to info@jumplete.com to get started.
How do I track my order?
When you place your order, we aim to ship it out within 1 day. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a notification and tracking number through email or SMS. Sometimes these emails can get lost in spam. We ship all Canadian orders from Edmonton, AB.
How long until my order arrives?
We ship orders from Edmonton for fast, 2-5 day (always duty-free) delivery via FedEx, Canada Post, Purolator, or UPS. Normally, your order will arrive well within a week from the day you placed the order.
For express, we ship via UPS, Canada Post, FedEx, or DHL and we aim for a 1-3 day delivery.
For international orders outside the US & Canada, it varies due to local postal services.
What if I have a PO Box?
No prob! We'll make sure to use Canada Post.
When will you be restocking?
Products are constantly being tweaked and improved – only then are they restocked. For J-Shorts, colourways are limited release only!
When will you be releasing new products?

Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship worldwide. Check out jumplete.com if you're based in the US or elsewhere.
All orders and shipping methods are fully tracked.
What packaging do you use?
We use a 100% biodegradable mailers.
Is your website secure with my personal information?
We use SSL security to ensure all your personal information is encrypted and we do not store your credit card information. Your check out information will only be used for the purchase itself. Your credit card information will not be stored.
Do you provide a quality guarantee for your knee equipment?
Absolutely! If you don't totally enjoy your knee gear or receive damaged gear, contact us immediately here! We do all we can to ensure you receive a quality products.
We are aware of patella strap breakage (on Attakk) during normal use. This is due to inadvertent exposure to extreme temperatures. Future production runs have been corrected to account for this issue. All velcro + patella strap issues are covered under warranty.
